Someone sent you a video via iMessage and you want to save it. With iOS7 here's what you do.
Here's an iMessage with a video. I want to save it to my phone.
Select the video as if you were going to play it.
Select the Share icon. I have put a red circle around it. When you select that you will see these options.
Select Save Video.
Look in your Photos. You will see the video.
